SRT BC2
Starting at only $75,000! This is SRT's BC2 (Budget Constraint 2 station) weld cell for high volume smaller parts. It is equipped with your choice of ABB (as shown) or Motoman robot with controller, two work tables measuring 30" x 60" (standard) or air powered indexing tables measuring 27' x 56" for two-sided parts (as shown), or servo driven headstock/tailstock as an option. The Miller AutoAxcess 300 DI is standard on this unit or you may upgrade to a larger model or different brand.

Packaged Robot Systems
Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. understands that many companies shopping for robots have all the horsepower needed in house to produce tooling, perform weld development, and program their own product. In addition to the canned systems built by SRT, we can offer competitive prices on the canned systems offered by the multiple robot companies that we are distributors/channel partners for. These canned solutions are a good fit for many end users. SRT can often sell one of these systems for about the same price as buying direct, but ultimately deliver more value, such as set-up/install at no additional cost or our safety net program. Our safety net program consist of a training credit to the manufacturer's technical school and on-site support for the first 40 hours to aid the end user in getting acclimated to their new system..

Modified Standard Product
This is an example of a Modified Standard Weld Cell built by Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. To the untrained eye, this would appear to be a Motoman ArcWorld 1200; and that is precisely what it started out as. This particular system has a modified foot print w/custom common base built by SRT, has a 10" larger table diameter to accommodate tooling/fixturing, modified fence kit, tooling/programming package, and was delivered to the end user ready to produce product. The robot system this unit replaced produced 1 part every 11-12 minutes with sub AWS D1.1 quality; this new system provided by SRT produces 2 parts every 6 minutes with welds that consistently meet or exceed AWS D 1.1 acceptance criteria. This type of modified standard system can be a great solution for achieving a tailored fit for your specific needs and should be considered before purchasing a standard package.
