Who is SRT?
Joe E. Crowl Jr. CWI, CWE with SRT’s first sale Sept. 2008.
After successfully completing what can still be considered one of the most complicated weldments to be welded out by a robot, Joe E. Crowl Jr. CWI, CWE found his skills to be in very high demand. Late 2007, early 2008, Joe's moonlighting money began out weighing the salary he was paid by his current employer where he was the manager of Quality, Training, and Automation. With moral support from family and financial guidance from his partner Kristina, Joe and Kristina incorporated Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. March 2008 and have refused to look back ever since.
During the life of Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc., we are proud to have served a very wide range of industries. Defense, Oil/Gas, Wind, furnishings, telecom, postal/airport automation, railroad, transportation, heavy equipment, construction components, electrical enclosures, agriculture, highway products, Industrial equipment, and more; with much more to come. 2008, Streamline's sales of Motoman content set a record high for any first year Motoman integrator. 2009, Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. was named Motoman's Integrator of the Year. Over the past few years since Streamline's capabilities have expanded to performing more turn-key systems work and tooling combined with diversifying our brand offerings, such as ABB, other than in the eyes of our end users, we do not expect to be anyone's "Integrator of the Year" again anytime soon.
Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. is just that, ROBOTICS and TOOLING. We are not a weld supplier, equipment dealer, or fly-by night hustler looking to make a quick sale just to leave an end user high and dry once the final payment is made or abandon the incomplete project when the going gets tough. We are problem solvers, who streamline your processes and deliver results, not excuses.

What can SRT's clients expect?
Some of SRT's clients were previously advised by our competitors to, "Just hire more welders, your process can't be automated". SRT's current and future clients can expect thinking outside of the box, to clear the hurdles that scare the rest away. Clients can expect SRT to learn their product so well that we could step into any spot during the current manufacturing process and perform the duties of the client's skilled and unskilled work force; SRT challenges potential clients currently shopping to have one of our competitors actually do this, be it fellow integrator, weld supplier, or equipment dealer. Our clients and future clients can expect us to provide a suitable solution, opposed to what our sales manager needs us to push. Our clients and future clients can expect truthful responses to questions and the highest quality of service and after-the-sale support.
SRT's Product Offerings
Unlike many of our competitors, Streamline Robotics & Tooling, Inc. is not beholding to any specific brand of equipment. We are strong believers that it is more about the execution of the project as opposed to the color of the equipment; providing the equipment is of the highest quality and has a broad range of support. Every project is a little different, SRT has the ability to adapt to these changes. Selecting the best robotic arm for the application is first in the build to determine adequate reach is achieved. Process and client preference is next, we offer Miller and Fronius primarily for weld applications and Thermal Dynamics for 3D plasma cutting, but are able to equip systems with ESAB, Lincoln, Hypertherm or other brands if required. Torches and consumables, we have a competitor or two out there that only offer their own torch package, this keeps the end user hostage for all future consumables such as liners, contact tips, nozzles, and so on. SRT offers a wide range of torch configurations and will make sure the end user's weld supplier will be able to support the end user's needs. Our primary torches offered are Binzel, Tregaskiss, Tweco, Dinse, among other custom torch manufacturers; SRT's end users are hostages to no one.
